2. Download and Install USB/BT Joystick Center GOLD
3. Open USB/BT Joystick Center GOLD and Connect Gamepad via OTG
   
   
4. Will Search the Gamepad 
   
5. Turn on IME (Click at the Left top corner IME and choose USBJoyGoldIME) 
   
6. Play the games

You can Play with PPSSPP, or other games which support Joystick
